Contact us at Care@huxiecph.com within 30 calendar days after receiving your package in order to qualify for a refund/exchange. To receive a refund/exchange all items must be in their original packaging- unworn, unwashed, and in unaltered condition with all tags attached. Original shipping charges are not refunded and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In order to qualify for a refund/exchange you must mail the unworn merchandise back within 14 days. We can not issue a refund on items that have been lost in the mail. Please be sure to keep your tracking number.
