Delivery

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the cost of delivery?

We always offer free shipping on all US orders (not including Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico). No minimum order!

How long is the expected time of delivery?

The delivery time will be from 5-7 days;
Standard delivery (always free)
Express delivery 1-2 days (additional 9 usd)

Where can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with a confirmation. This email will contain a tracking number, that will be active when the courier tracks the first action on your order.

Returns & refunds

How do I return my order?

To start your return process, please contact our customer service at Care@huxiecph.com. Your order number and email address is required to find your order. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information and instructions. 

What items are returnable?

Items are returnable if they meet the following requirements:

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
Is the return free of charge?

It is free of charge to return your products. However, the original shipping and handling fees, if any, will not be refunded.

If you are returning your product due to damage, shortages or defect, the original shipping and handling charges, if any, will be refunded.

Why did I not receive a return label with my order?

We don’t use return labels. Please contact our customer service at Care@huxiecph.com, and they will help you further in your return process.

When will I receive the money from my return order?

The refund will be returned to the payment option used in the original transaction. Allow 7-14 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse.

How do I exchange products from my order?

While we cannot accommodate product exchanges, customers should follow the return process to receive a refund for their item to their original form of payment.

It is free of charge to return your products. However, the original shipping and handling fees, if any, will not be refunded.

Kindly place a new order for the products you prefer.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order after you have placed it. Since we're working to deliver your order as fast as possible, we start the shipping process as soon as we receive the information about your order placement.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service at Care@huxiecph.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Make sure to include “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, your order can no longer be canceled.

Can I change the wrong contact information?

If you have typed in wrong information regarding the shipment information reach out to our customer service at Care@huxiecph.com as fast as possible.

Which types of payment can I use?

We accept all credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro credit and debit card.

When is my payment deducted?

We will authorize your card after the placement of your order, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment will be taken when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
