    Nonexistent Customer Service

    I ordered a natural sheet and received an orange terracotta one in the mail. I reached out to customer service and got an automated reply offering me a coupon for a future purchase. I waited for a true response to the issue, but got none. I then tried to initiate a formal return and was ignored. I sent customer service a total of 4 emails over the course of a month and…crickets. Save yourself a headache and buy from a different company.
